By Definition: A community initiative is a set of activities aimed at strengthening the community to address factors affecting its collective health.
This tool is meant to collect information on Community Initiatives ONLY. Make sure that your initiative is not a Personal Development Group (PDG) focusing on change in individual participants’ behaviour, knowledge or attitudes.
